Notice and timing
How delinquency is handled
Grace period after the due date
A dedicated this detail was not publicly posted. The reviewed current customer page does not publish a universal number of days after the printed due date before delinquency processing.
Late-fee calculation
The municipal online portal states that a 5% delinquent penalty is assessed if the bill is not paid when due. Returned payments incur a $51 fee and may trigger immediate disconnection, especially when the payment was made to avoid disconnection.
Disconnection timeline
Antioch's SB-998 process uses a Final or Disconnection Notice; online or telephone payments intended to prevent termination must be made on or before the notice due date. If payment is not received by the Extension and Disconnection Notice deadline, a $29 processing service charge is assessed and the account is scheduled for disconnection; after physical shutoff, a $125 disconnection charge applies. The reviewed page does not state the original-bill-to-notice day count.
