These Terms of Use govern access to US Water Bill Pay, an independent directory of U.S. community water systems and consumer guidance. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to verify time-sensitive information with the official utility before acting.
Directory purpose
US Water Bill Pay organizes publicly available utility information to make a difficult customer-service task easier to navigate. It is not the official website of any city, district, authority, private utility, payment gateway, or government agency unless a page expressly identifies otherwise. A listing does not create an endorsement, partnership, agency relationship, or guarantee of service.
Accuracy and changes
Utility portals, phone numbers, fees, office hours, rates, and shut-off procedures can change without notice. We work to present useful information and identify when a detail was not publicly available, but we do not warrant that every field is current, complete, or suitable for a particular account. The official bill and provider website control.
External websites and payments
Links may send you to an official utility website, payment processor, map, document host, or assistance organization. Those sites have their own terms, privacy notices, security practices, and fees. US Water Bill Pay does not receive your payment credentials and is not responsible for an external site’s content, availability, transaction processing, refund policy, or account decision.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site to misrepresent your identity or impersonate a utility.
- Do not probe, overload, scrape, disrupt, or bypass security controls.
- Do not use directory information to harass customers, employees, or providers.
- Do not treat the site as a source of emergency dispatch, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice.
Intellectual property
US Water Bill Pay’s original design, editorial organization, logos, and software are protected by applicable law. Government and utility names, marks, documents, and other third-party materials remain with their respective owners. You may link to public pages for ordinary reference, but may not present the directory as your own official utility service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Water Bill Pay is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free content. The operator is not liable for missed deadlines, late fees, service interruptions, payment errors, disconnections, or losses caused by reliance on a directory listing or an external provider.
Governing terms
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. The operator may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
