What is included

A research index, not a customer-account database.

The export intentionally excludes long narrative policy summaries. It supplies the fields most useful for auditing coverage and joining a provider record to a public water-system identifier. It never contains customer names, account numbers, balances, payment credentials, or service-address records.

A true availability flag means the August 1, 2026 compilation identified provider-specific public detail. It does not certify that the policy remains in effect today, that a customer qualifies, or that the provider lacks an option when the flag is false.

Provider pages, payment processors, tariffs, and government datasets remain the source of authority. Follow their terms and cite them directly when republishing a substantive claim.
