Mail, text, and in-person payment instructions
Pay by text
Corona does not publish a keyword-based text-to-pay enrollment program or an SMS short code. Customers can create a MyAccount.CoronaCA.gov profile, enable paperless e-bills and automatic bill pay, and use the City’s official account or phone system. The City’s public text-alert and scam-warning materials are communications only; they do not authorize payment by text, Zelle, or an unsolicited caller.
Mail-in address
The City’s public bill-payment page does not publish a separate lockbox address for ordinary remittances; it directs customers to use the payment envelope and remittance address printed on the utility bill. The Utility Billing Division’s published correspondence address is City of Corona, Utility Billing Division, P.O. Box 950, Corona, CA 92878-0950, which is also the official mailing address for water-budget variance forms. Customers should use the address printed on the current bill for payment processing and the P.O. Box 950 address for variance or billing correspondence.
Counters, drop boxes, and office hours
The Customer Care counter is on the first floor of Corona City Hall, 400 S. Vicentia Avenue, Corona, CA 92882, open Monday–Thursday 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; City Hall is closed Fridays, weekends, and major holidays. A payment drop box is in the City Hall parking lot at the same address. Payments received by the City’s posted cutoff are processed the same business day; payments after the cutoff, or on Friday, weekends, or holidays, post on the next business day. Customers can also pay through Western Union agent locations, where Western Union charges its own fee, or cash at any 7-Eleven using the barcode on the bill through PayNearMe, with a $2.99 convenience fee.
