Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
Glendora’s public billing page directs customers to the electronic consumption-monitoring service and advises them to contact Water Billing when usage or meter readings are questioned. The reviewed 2026 materials do not publish a guaranteed private-leak credit formula, repair-receipt deadline, historical-average calculation, or lifetime adjustment cap. A customer should inspect the premises, stop and repair the leak, preserve repair invoices and meter readings, and request a documented account review promptly; any adjustment is subject to City review and the applicable billing policy.
