Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
LPVCWD’s current public materials do not publish a numeric high-bill leak adjustment or repair-receipt credit formula. The District’s customer-service function includes leak detection assistance, and its customer support page directs residents to call 626-330-2126. Customers should record meter readings, document the suspected leak, retain plumber invoices and repair receipts, and request a written account review. The published rules state that in an appeal or dispute the District may investigate the bill and that service is restored after the outstanding balance and applicable charges are paid; no automatic leak credit or lifetime cap was located in the current materials.
