Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
LVMWD's advanced-meter program provides near-real-time or daily usage, detects leaks within about 24 hours, and lets customers set WaterSmart alerts. Customers should stop the leak, document the repair, and contact customer service at (818) 251-2200 to request review under the District's leak-adjustment process. LVMWD states that WaterSmart registration is tied to eligibility for leak adjustments, but the reviewed public pages do not expose a universal credit percentage or dollar cap. Customers who opt out of advanced meters forfeit leak-adjustment eligibility.
