Liberty's KUBRA EZ-PAY service can send payment receipts and optional payment-due or other account alerts by SMS. Start at the official KUBRA account-lookup/payment page, enter the account number without the dash, add and verify an optional mobile number, and select the available receipt or due-alert toggles. Message frequency depends on account activity; message/data rates may apply, reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out. Liberty does not publish a separate universal keyword.

Mail-in address

Liberty Utilities, PO Box 60144, City of Industry, CA 91716-0144. Include the remittance stub and account number; free mail payment is by check or money order. Allow processing time, especially after a past-due notice.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

The Compton customer-care walk-in center is at 9750 Washburn Road, Downey, CA 90241, with Monday-Friday walk-in and phone hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Liberty identifies this as the Compton primary walk-in center. Authorized payment agents may be located through Liberty's location search; Walmart is not an authorized Liberty payment location, and any Walmart public payment can take at least three days to post and may carry its own fee. Confirm holiday hours, accepted instruments, and posting time before visiting an agent.

What you can use online

KUBRA EZ-PAY accepts credit card, debit card, and bank-account/electronic-check payments. Liberty also offers EasyPay automatic checking-account deduction, bank bill pay, and My Account registration. The reviewed Compton pages do not confirm Apple Pay or Google Pay as direct Liberty instruments, although the KUBRA account may expose available payment choices at checkout.

Convenience fees

Liberty's current Compton payment-options page states that a $2.50 convenience fee is charged by the third-party provider for online and IVR credit, debit, or electronic-check payments. Liberty does not profit from that fee. Free payment options include EasyPay automatic payments and mail by check or money order; Walmart or other agents may impose separate charges and delay posting.

Fees can vary by payment type, channel, account class, and processor terms. The checkout screen is the final fee disclosure.

The safest payment path is the one published by Liberty Utilities (Park Water) Corp. - Compton System and matched to the account information on your bill. Online portals are convenient, but telephone, mail, counter, and drop-box options may follow different posting schedules and may use different fees.

For a routine payment, save the final confirmation page or IVR number and check when the transaction will post. For a same-day shut-off notice, do not assume that submitting a card payment automatically stops a field order; ask the provider what amount and confirmation are required.
