Phone payment number
1-855-442-6900. The automated line requires the utility account number and payment information, then provides a confirmation number. Broomfield states that the automated phone service has no additional fee.
Mail-in payment address
Attn: Utility Billing, City and County of Broomfield, 1 DesCombes Drive, Broomfield, CO 80020. Paper-bill customers are instructed to include the remittance stub and use the pre-printed envelope addressed to the Wells Fargo processing center in Denver; the city also publishes the municipal address for direct mail.
In-person payment
Water bills may be paid at the Community Assistance Center in the main lobby of the George Di Ciero City and County Building, One DesCombes Drive, Broomfield, CO 80020. The city accepts checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover; cash is accepted in person at that center. A white utility drop box near the Motor Vehicle entrance accepts checks and money orders only.
