Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
Arvada provides the EyeOnWater program and online usage monitoring to help customers identify abnormal use, and it partners with Resource Central for outdoor conservation programs. The current billing pages reviewed do not publish a formal high-bill leak adjustment formula, repair-receipt checklist, percentage credit, or deadline. Property owners remain responsible for the private portion of a service line, while City personnel handle the public system; customers with an unusual bill should call Utility Billing and retain repair documentation for an account review.
