Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
Margate’s current public pages describe field staff investigating leaks, zero-consumption audits, AMI leak alerts, and customer leak-detection guidance, but do not publish a universal residential high-bill credit formula or a repair-receipt-based adjustment policy. A residential pool-fill credit is specifically unavailable because the residential sewer rate is flat. Customers with unusually high consumption should inspect fixtures, review AMI usage, retain plumber/repair documentation, and contact Water Billing for an account-specific investigation.
