A dedicated this detail was not publicly posted. Maui DWS publishes online/phone electronic payment, free Automatic Bill Payment from a bank, drop boxes, mail, and in-person payment, but the reviewed 2026 pages do not advertise text-to-pay enrollment.

Mail-in address

Department of Water Supply, County of Maui, 200 South High Street, Wailuku, HI 96793-2155. Mail the top portion of the bill with payment, write the account number on the check, and make checks payable to Department of Water Supply.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

Customers may pay at the Fiscal Office, 1888 Wili Pa Loop, Wailuku, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. except state/federal holidays; County Motor Vehicle Licensing offices also accept payment. Secure 24/7 drop boxes are at 1888 Wili Pa Loop, in front of the County Building at 200 South High Street in Wailuku, and at the Service Center, 110 Alaihi Street, Kahului. The Service Center drop box accepts checks only. DWS also states that the minimum amount due must reach the County by the bill's payment deadline.

Convenience fees

Point & Pay charges 2.15% of the transaction, minimum $1.00, for credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay; electronic checks cost a flat $2.00. In-person card payments are also listed at 2.35% by the service provider. Fees are disclosed at payment confirmation and are not received or refundable by DWS.

Fees can vary by payment type, channel, account class, and processor terms. The checkout screen is the final fee disclosure.

Choose the payment channel that fits your deadline

The safest payment path is the one published by County of Maui Department of Water Supply and matched to the account information on your bill. Online portals are convenient, but telephone, mail, counter, and drop-box options may follow different posting schedules and may use different fees.

For a routine payment, save the final confirmation page or IVR number and check when the transaction will post. For a same-day shut-off notice, do not assume that submitting a card payment automatically stops a field order; ask the provider what amount and confirmation are required.
