Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

Illinois American Water’s Belleville Office, 100 N. Water Works Drive, Belleville, IL 62223, accepts check, money order, credit card, and debit card Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., except holidays. Customers may also use authorized barcode payment locations in the service territory; location hours and any third-party fee vary.

Convenience fees

The current 2026 bill material says a convenience fee may apply to pay-by-phone or guest transactions; the current Illinois payment page does not state one universal 2026 amount. Registered MyWater bank autopay is presented as the no-stamp direct account option.
