Mail-in address

Village of Schaumburg, P.O. Box 6755, Carol Stream, IL 60197-6755. The Village advises allowing seven business days for mailed payments.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

Payments may be dropped inside Temporary Village Hall at 1000 E. Woodfield Road; in the south parking lot drop box at the Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts, 201 Schaumburg Court; or at the Metra Station drop box near the ticket window. Water Billing direct office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; the Village’s current page does not publish a staffed cashier schedule distinct from those office hours.

Automatic Draft debits a checking or savings account. WebPay accepts credit-card payment and the Village’s bill instructions also identify eCheck capability. Automated phone payment uses 888-829-4485. Customers must provide the full account number for online or phone service.
