Water Billing hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Public Service Water and Sewer is Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. A red mailbox is available at City Hall, and the reviewed pages also list cash or checks at Comerica Bank. Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted under the current billing information, with the current page noting Discover was added December 12, 2024.
