Payment channels

Pay Easton Suburban Water Authority

Use the provider’s verified online, telephone, mail, or counter instructions. Check the final confirmation screen for the amount, processing date, and any transaction fee before submitting.

Primary online route

Use the official payment portal

The direct portal is the fastest route when it is available. The provider identifies its payment gateway as Water Web; the public payment page names the customer portal but does not identify its underlying vendor. Never enter account credentials into a lookalike site reached through an unsolicited message.

Telephone payment

Phone IVR

610-258-7181 for customer service and payment assistance; the reviewed official page does not publish a separate automated payment IVR number

Have your account number and payment instrument ready. Follow the provider’s recorded prompts and retain the confirmation number.

Alternative channels

Mail, text, and in-person payment instructions

Pay by text

ESWA's paperless/eBilling and critical-care programs can send email, phone calls or text messages for notifications, but the reviewed payment page does not publish a Pay by Text enrollment keyword or text-to-pay transaction sequence. Water Web supports online viewing and payment; customers should use the portal or call ESWA for any current text payment feature.

Mail-in address

Easton Suburban Water Authority, 3700 Hartley Avenue, P.O. Box 3819, Easton, PA 18045-3819. The AutoPay form uses the same P.O. Box and instructs customers to continue mailing payments until enrollment is confirmed.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

The Customer Service window is at 3700 Hartley Avenue, Easton, PA 18045, open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; cash, check, credit card and money order are accepted. A night box accepts payments after hours and a payment placed before 8:00 a.m. the next morning is considered on time. The current payment page does not list satellite offices.

Accepted digital instruments

What you can use online

Water Web electronic payment, e-check/credit-card payment through the Internet or phone, and no-extra-cost checking/savings-account AutoPay are available. The public page does not enumerate card brands or Apple Pay/Google Pay. Customers can also use financial-institution bill pay and paperless billing.

2026 transaction pricing

Convenience fees

A dedicated this detail was not publicly posted. The current ESWA payment page does not publish a 2026 Water Web card or e-check convenience fee. AutoPay is advertised with no extra cost; returned AutoPay transfers incur a $35 NSF fee.

Fees can vary by payment type, channel, account class, and processor terms. The checkout screen is the final fee disclosure.

Payment guidance

Choose the payment channel that fits your deadline

The safest payment path is the one published by Easton Suburban Water Authority and matched to the account information on your bill. Online portals are convenient, but telephone, mail, counter, and drop-box options may follow different posting schedules and may use different fees.

For a routine payment, save the final confirmation page or IVR number and check when the transaction will post. For a same-day shut-off notice, do not assume that submitting a card payment automatically stops a field order; ask the provider what amount and confirmation are required.

Never send your account number, password, card details, or bank information to Water Ledger. Those details belong only on the provider’s verified payment channel or at an authorized counter.
