No LCA text-to-pay keyword or SMS payment authorization workflow is published. The Paymentus portal supports paperless billing and recurring payments; emergency notifications require current contact information but are separate from payment enrollment.

Allentown Residents: Lehigh County Authority, P.O. Box 3758, Allentown, PA 18106. LCA distinguishes this from the non-city address, P.O. Box 3210, Allentown, PA 18106; customers should use the address printed on the Allentown bill and include the stub.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

LCA Customer Care offices at 1053 Spruce Road, Wescosville, PA, and 1300 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Allentown, PA have secure drive-through drop boxes available day or night; normal office hours are Monday-Friday 8:15 a.m.-4:45 p.m. Customers may also pay cash or debit card at any Walmart Customer Service desk with the bill stub, subject to a $2 Walmart service fee. LCA lists Allentown customer service at 610-437-7515.

Paymentus supports credit/debit card, bank/e-check, PayPal, Amazon Wallet, and Venmo, plus recurring payment and paperless billing. The automated phone system supports payment at any time. Final transfer bills must be paid by check, cash, or money order rather than online or phone.

Convenience fees

The LCA online portal is free. A $2 service fee applies to cash or debit-card payment at Walmart; phone payment is described as free. Returned-bank payments incur a $25 fee. Any third-party payment center may impose separate charges and delay posting.

Fees can vary by payment type, channel, account class, and processor terms. The checkout screen is the final fee disclosure.

Choose the payment channel that fits your deadline

The safest payment path is the one published by Lehigh County Authority - Allentown Division and matched to the account information on your bill. Online portals are convenient, but telephone, mail, counter, and drop-box options may follow different posting schedules and may use different fees.
