Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
After a leak is repaired and consumption returns to normal, any Bandera account holder may request a leak adjustment. Eligible examples include toilet/commode, irrigation, pool, water heater, water softener, appliance flex line, wall or foundation pipe, and pressure-reducing-valve leaks. The customer must submit the City leak-adjustment form within 60 days of repair and provide proof such as photographs, receipts, or invoices. Only one adjustment is allowed per account per calendar year; the FAQ says the adjustment offsets only a portion of excess water and sewer use and does not publish a formula or dollar cap.
