Mail-in address
City of Laredo, P.O. Box 6548, Laredo, TX 78042. The official payment instructions accept checks or money orders only, require the account number on the payment and correspondence, advise allowing approximately seven business days for mailing and posting, and state not to send cash.
Counters, drop boxes, and office hours
The principal Utilities Customer Service Center is City Hall Annex, 1102 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78043, with customer-service hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the north-side drive-through is at the same address. The City also lists 24-hour, seven-day kiosks at City Hall, 1110 Houston Street; City Hall Annex, 1102 Bob Bullock Loop; Municipal Court, 4610 Maher Avenue; and Fire Station 8, 616 East Del Mar Boulevard. Kiosks accept utility bills paid by credit/debit card, check, or cash; cash machines accept bills only and do not give change, and card payments incur the published convenience fee. Participating in-person pay stations may charge a convenience fee, while the City's Downtown City Hall and City Hall Annex are identified as exceptions; the public page does not publish a complete current merchant list or separate counter hours beyond the 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. weekday schedule.
