No current official Weslaco source reviewed documents text-to-pay enrollment, a keyword, or a shortcode. The City documents portal quick pay, pay by phone, bank draft, night-drop, and authorized Western Union payment stations.

Mail-in address

City of Weslaco Utilities Department, 255 S. Kansas Avenue, Weslaco, TX 78596-6285. The official payment-methods notice instructs customers to mail or deliver payment to the City utility address and not rely on postmarked timing; payment must be received by the due-date deadline.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

The Utility Billing office is at 255 S. Kansas Avenue, Weslaco, Texas 78596. The Municipal Online portal lists office hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The City's payment-methods notice also lists H-E-B #231 at 1004 N. Texas, H-E-B #485 at 310 N. Westgate Drive, Cash & Dash Etc. at 1533 N. Texas Boulevard, and Jalisco Payment Center at 1501 B Westgate Drive as Western Union payment stations, with published hours and fees of $1–$2. A night drop box is available; checks and money orders should be used for drop-box payments.

Convenience fees apply to online and phone transactions, but the current Weslaco portal does not display the exact 2026 amount in the accessible page text. The older official payment-methods notice lists $1–$2 fees at the Western Union payment stations; those are separate from portal fees.
