- Payments may be delivered at City Hall, 15670 NE 85th Street, Redmond, WA 98052, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A 24-hour utility drop box is on the traffic island in front of City Hall; cash must not be placed in that box. In-person credit/debit payments have no City fee. The City’s Utility Billing office is closed outside posted hours, and customers facing termination are told to call 425-556-2152 rather than rely on mailed payment.

- Bank-account/e-check payments, Visa, and MasterCard are listed for online or IVR use. Direct-debit autopay and bank bill-pay are also available. The reviewed official page does not list American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
