Utility Billing is handled at City Hall, 14000 City Center Drive, Chino Hills, CA 91709. Public counter hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. The City accepts cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover in person. A drop box is in the City Hall parking lot on the west side of the library near Police; no cash should be placed in it.
