In-person water service and payment support is provided at Industry Public Utilities Water System, 112 N. First Street, La Puente, CA 91744. Posted hours are Monday–Thursday 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., closed on alternate Fridays. The payment page accepts cash, checks, and Visa, Mastercard, or Discover debit/credit cards at the office.
