Pay by text
Redlands publishes InvoiceCloud Pay by Text as an available option. A customer begins from the official guest or RedConnect payment page, supplies the utility account number and property address, selects the Pay by Text enrollment option, and completes the provider’s mobile-number verification and consent prompts. InvoiceCloud then sends the available payment/notification prompts to the enrolled number; customers should review message/data-rate terms and use STOP to opt out if shown by the provider. The City does not publish a fixed SMS keyword or short code.
