Customer guidance explains digital meter displays, low-flow leak detectors, and calculating usage from beginning and ending reads; one CCF equals 748 gallons. The current public materials confirm daily data-collection systems but do not publish a universal route-read date for every customer or an hourly transmission guarantee.
- New-account deposit
- Residential deposits are determined through a soft credit check. Green risk requires no deposit, yellow risk requires $205, and red risk requires $370. The full $370 is also collected for poor payment history, defined as three or more delinquent payments, two or more NSF/ACH rejections, one NSF/ACH rejection on a delinquent payment, or one shutoff within a 12-month period.
