The direct portal is the fastest route when it is available. The provider identifies its payment gateway as ePayUB / Continental Utility Solutions, Inc.; the customer portal footer identifies Continental Utility Solutions and the District links to the Pinery ePayUB login.. Never enter account credentials into a lookalike site reached through an unsolicited message.

Pay by text

The reviewed 2026 Pinery payment page does not publish text-to-pay enrollment. Customers can register the ePayUB account with the four-digit account number, primary account-holder name, service address, phone number, and email; they can then use Quick Pay, view statements, and set up ACH autopay. EyeOnWater is a separate usage and leak-monitoring service.

Mail-in address

Pinery Water & Wastewater District, 5242 Old Schoolhouse Road, Parker, CO 80134. Customers may mail checks or the ACH authorization form to this address.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

The District office is at 5242 Old Schoolhouse Road, Parker, CO 80134. The office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., excluding holidays; in-person payments are cash or check only, and credit/debit cards are not accepted at the counter. A 24/7 payment drop box is located at the same address.

What you can use online

Online and phone payments accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit/debit cards. The portal supports Quick Pay without registration, partial card payments, ACH autopay from checking or savings, and ordinary bank Bill Pay. The District states that bank Bill Pay normally has no Pinery fee; card payments are processed separately.

Convenience fees

A 3% convenience fee applies to all online or phone credit/debit payments and is collected by the secure payment processor, not the District. ACH and bank Bill Pay are presented as lower-cost alternatives.

Fees can vary by payment type, channel, account class, and processor terms. The checkout screen is the final fee disclosure.

Choose the payment channel that fits your deadline

The safest payment path is the one published by Pinery Water & Wastewater District and matched to the account information on your bill. Online portals are convenient, but telephone, mail, counter, and drop-box options may follow different posting schedules and may use different fees.

For a routine payment, save the final confirmation page or IVR number and check when the transaction will post. For a same-day shut-off notice, do not assume that submitting a card payment automatically stops a field order; ask the provider what amount and confirmation are required.

Never send your account number, password, card details, or bank information to Water Ledger. Those details belong only on the provider’s verified payment channel or at an authorized counter.
