    Evidence-first profile redesign

    • Separated provider-specific research notes from unavailable fields.
    • Added visible documentation coverage, verification routes, PWS identifiers, and correction links.
    • Published open-data export, methodology, and national/state research reports.
    • Restricted advertising code to substantive editorial and research pages.
    • Preserved existing utility URLs and added a standards-compliant robots file.

    This release changes presentation and analysis. It does not claim that all underlying utility records were rechecked on this date.

    Nationwide directory compilation

    Compiled 3,500 source rows and normalized ten exact duplicate aliases into 3,490 canonical listings for analysis. The methodology documents source priority, automation, field definitions, and limitations.
