Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

Payments are accepted at Artesian's main office, 664 Churchmans Road, Newark, DE 19702, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., by cash, check, or money order. A payment drop box is to the left of the main-office front doors for use when the office is closed. The Sussex office is at 14701 Coastal Highway, Milton, DE 19968, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; confirm payment-counter availability before visiting.

Artesian Online supports bank-account electronic payments without a fee; Convenience Pay accepts credit card, debit card, or check and charges a fee per transaction. The reviewed pages do not enumerate every card brand or wallet. e-Billing and service-line protection charges can be managed through the account.

Convenience Pay charges a fee per transaction, but the reviewed official 2026 page does not state one flat amount or percentage. Artesian's bank-account electronic payment through the online service is advertised as free; the processor checkout controls any card fee.
