The lobby is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; drive-through and phone hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Payments can be made at the lobby or drive-through, and an after-hours drop box is available on the south side at the drive-through window. - BSU offers fee-free automatic bank draft set up directly with the utility; InvoiceCloud supports one-time and recurring online payment by credit/debit card or ACH; customers may also pay by phone or through their financial institution.
