Notice and timing
How delinquency is handled
Grace period after the due date
0 published grace days: payment after midnight of the bill’s due date is considered past due. The bill is due when rendered and any past-due amount is immediately due.
Late-fee calculation
Any account that becomes past due is assessed a $10 late fee. The City’s FY2026 rate sheet also lists a $55 shut-off-nonpay charge, a $55 field-visit fee, and a $55 reconnect-two-attempt fee. A partial payment does not resume service; the full amount due is required.
Disconnection timeline
Monthly bill is due when rendered; payment after midnight of the due date becomes past due and is included on the next month’s bill. If the past-due amount is not received shortly after the past-due statement date, service is subject to disconnection. The City does not promise a separate additional notice, and the full balance plus field/shutoff/reconnection charges is required to restore service.
