- Customer Account Services is at the Frenchtown Renaissance Center, 435 N. Macomb Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301, with normal in-person hours Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (appointment availability may apply). Customers can also use City drop boxes and authorized remote payment locations throughout the service area; location hours vary, participating sites may charge a transaction fee, and payments before 5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday excluding holidays are credited the same day. Cash, check, and debit/credit card are accepted at authorized locations. Payments at unauthorized retail sites can take up to five business days to post.
