Miami-Dade WASD’s current payment pages describe online account payments, one-time bank or card payments, automatic bank draft, paperless billing, phone IVR, mail, service centers, kiosks, and authorized payment stations, but do not publish a WASD text-to-pay keyword, SMS short code, or opt-in workflow.

Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, P.O. Box 026055, Miami, FL 33102-6055. Customers should return the payment with the lower portion of the bill in the supplied envelope so the payment can be matched to the account; past-due bills are directed to a full-service center when prompt posting is important.
Counters, drop boxes, and office hours
Full-service centers accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders: WASD Douglas Office, 3071 SW 38th Ave., 1st Floor, Miami, FL 33146; South Dade Government Center, 10710 SW 211th St., Suite 105, Cutler Bay, FL 33189; and Joseph Caleb Center, 5400 NW 22nd Ave., Miami, FL 33142. These centers are open Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., except holidays. Cashier-only locations accept cash, check, cashier’s check, or money order and no debit or credit card: WASD LeJeune Office, 3575 S. LeJeune Rd., Miami; and NW Dade Opa-locka Office, 780 Fisherman Street, Opa-locka. The department also lists online kiosks, authorized private payment stations, and electronic bank bill-pay; private stations may require at least three processing days, so customers with past-due accounts are warned to use a County service center or electronic method when timing matters.
