Customers may also pay at participating Amscot and Walmart locations, but merchant fees may apply and transfer can take up to three days. The County’s online/payment center and IVR remain available 24/7.

Auto Pay can draft a credit card or bank account 10 calendar days after the billing date. The automated phone system accepts the same card classes and e-checks when the account is in good standing; the online wallet can store payment methods and the system supports scheduled one-time payments.
