OUC’s payment page states that the former $1.30 convenience fee is waived for cash, money order, check, or debit-card payments at participating MoneyGram, Fidelity Express, Amscot, and Western Union locations; store hours and exact location availability vary by vendor. OUC drop-box payments may take 3–5 business days.
