The Bryce A. Stuart Municipal Building, 100 E. First Street, Suite 121, Winston-Salem, NC 27101, accepts walk-in and drive-through payments from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. A 24-hour drop box is at the Church Street door; deposits after 8:00 a.m. or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. The Black-Phillips-Smith Government Office listing is marked as having Revenue Collections services discontinued July 1, 2026, so customers should use the Stuart Building or an online/phone channel.
