A dedicated this detail was not publicly posted. The reviewed Aqua Ohio payment pages describe ePortal, Speedpay, phone, mail and Western Union payments but do not publish a text-to-pay keyword or enrollment workflow.

Mail-in address

Aqua, P.O. Box 70279, Philadelphia, PA 19176-0279. The payment instructions say to send checks only, make them payable to the state-specific Aqua company name, and include the account information; do not mail cash.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

Aqua's current payment page directs customers to Western Union agent locations for in-person payment and provides a location finder, but it does not publish a Massillon-specific counter address or desk hours. The Ohio tariff/customer-rights material says Western Union payments may be made with cash or check and are generally credited the same day or next business day, subject to agent processing.

Aqua's Speedpay instructions identify American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit/debit cards and check/e-check or bank-account payments. Aqua ePortal supports account payments and recurring arrangements; Apple Pay and Google Pay are not identified on the reviewed official pages.

Speedpay publishes a $1.95 processing fee per transaction on Aqua's payment page. The current ePortal page does not publish a separate card or e-check fee, so the final portal charge should be verified at checkout.

Choose the payment channel that fits your deadline

The safest payment path is the one published by Aqua Ohio, Inc. - Stark Regional Division (Massillon) and matched to the account information on your bill. Online portals are convenient, but telephone, mail, counter, and drop-box options may follow different posting schedules and may use different fees.

For a routine payment, save the final confirmation page or IVR number and check when the transaction will post. For a same-day shut-off notice, do not assume that submitting a card payment automatically stops a field order; ask the provider what amount and confirmation are required.
