Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
For a hidden or underground leak, the customer should repair the condition, submit a repair statement or signed affidavit, and request review. Oklahoma City code permits adjustment so the customer pays average consumption at the regular rate for qualifying hidden leaks or burst pipes; faucet and toilet leaks are excluded, and the City may verify meter readings, inspect for leaks, and test the meter before granting relief.
