Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
Frisco offers a partial leak credit for billed water consumption as a courtesy, not an automatic dollar-based guarantee. The repair must occur within 90 days after the leak is detected, and the request must be submitted within 90 days after repair with a plumber invoice or receipt for parts used in a self-repair. Theft, vandalism, negligence, and construction damage are excluded. The credit is available once every 12 consecutive months, is not reviewed until repair is complete and the next meter read occurs, and evaluates only the two highest affected consumption bills. Customers must keep making normal monthly payments; otherwise eligibility can be forfeited and service may be interrupted. Frisco says processing typically takes 4–6 weeks, and any approved credit appears on a later statement.
