- Leak-adjustment policy
- Longview publishes a specific sewer-related leak review instruction but not a broad water-bill credit formula. If a leak occurs during November, December, or January and could distort the following year's sewer winter average, the customer should repair the leak and report it to Utility Billing Services by May to be eligible for a possible billing adjustment.
