Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
Temple's public water-conservation and utility pages do not publish a complete high-bill leak-adjustment form, formula, receipt requirement, filing deadline, or credit cap. A customer with an abnormal bill should promptly report the leak to Water Systems, request a meter read or accuracy review, retain plumber invoices, parts receipts, photographs, repair dates, and usage history, and ask the Utility Business Office for a written adjustment review. The City budget confirms meter maintenance, leak/box repair, accuracy testing, and delinquent-account service, but a customer should not assume that a private-property leak automatically qualifies for a credit.
