Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
The current College Station water pages teach customers to check the meter's low-flow indicator, compare beginning and ending readings, locate the customer-side shutoff, and call Utilities Dispatch if assistance is needed. The public City materials reviewed do not publish a formal residential high-bill leak-credit program with a percentage, gallon cap, repair-receipt checklist, application deadline, eligibility frequency, or guaranteed adjustment. Customers should document the leak, repair invoices, meter readings, and repair date and ask Utility Customer Service whether an account-specific review or sewer accommodation is available; the City expressly warns that tampering with the City-owned meter assembly is an ordinance violation.
