Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
South Jordan's water-use portal provides yearly, monthly, daily, and hourly usage, leak alerts, and usage thresholds. The city has promoted a one-time $20 bill credit for signing up and creating a water-usage goal, but the reviewed pages do not publish a separate high-bill leak-adjustment formula, repair-receipt mandate, or cap. Customers should use the alert history, stop the leak, document the repair, retain invoices and receipts, and contact the city promptly for case-specific review.
