Walk-up drop boxes are at both Utilities-building entrances and a drive-through box is at the Government Center Parkway entrance; customers are told not to place cash in drop boxes. Twenty-four-hour payment kiosks are at Lane B. Ramsey Administration Building, 9901 Lori Road; Clover Hill Library, 6701 Deer Run Drive; Ettrick-Matoaca Library, 4501 River Road; Meadowdale Library, 4301 Meadowdale Boulevard; Midlothian Library, 100 Millworks Crossing; and North Courthouse Road Library, 325 Courthouse Road. Kiosks accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks and offer English/Spanish instructions and printed or texted receipts.

- Paymentus accepts electronic checks and credit cards, with the portal displaying Visa, Mastercard, electronic check, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo, and Amazon Pay options.
