An excellent 12-month utility credit-history letter may substitute, deposits can transfer to a new premise, and refunds occur after voluntary closure with bills paid or after 12-24 months of excellent credit.
- Activation or transfer fee
- Initial water service connection is $25. Transfers are subject to a $25 set-up fee charged on the first month's bill at the new location. The City may also charge service, field-trip, pulled-meter, meter-test, or actual-cost meter fees when warranted.
