- New-account deposit
- Residential deposits are $125 for an owner and $150 for a renter. The residential application requires photo identification, SSN, evidence of the right to occupy the address, a $30 non-refundable application fee, and the deposit. Commercial deposits are generally comparable to two months of similar service and cannot be less than $75. Additional deposits may apply for sprinkler or pool meters. - Pasadena requires one working day of notice for a residential connection and cannot start service on weekends or holidays.
