- New-account deposit
- The current Request for Utility Services form requires an application, lease or proof of ownership, two forms of ID for each person on the agreement (one with a photo), and a $120.00 residential or $180.00 commercial deposit. The deposit is paid when service is established; the ordinance allows the City to require a new deposit if a previously refunded deposit account is later disconnected for nonpayment.
