- For a 5/8-inch residential meter, the 2026 rate sheet lists a $27 quarterly water service charge and $3.17 per CCF. At 5,000 gallons per month (approximately 6.68 CCF), water is about $48.18 per month averaged; at 7,000 gallons it is about $64.39. Sewer, stormwater, administrative and public-fire-protection charges are additional.
- Wastewater and sewer calculation
- The 2026 rate sheet charges sewer volume at $5.31 per CCF plus a quarterly sewer charge of $10.04 for the smallest meter size. Residential sewer volume is based on the prior year's winter-quarter usage; the City's example explains that a summer bill may charge the actual summer water volume but retain the winter-quarter sewer volume, so irrigation and pool filling do not automatically increase the sewer component.
